Toe Spreads
Sit on a chair with your feet on the vibration plate. Spread your toes apart as wide as you can, then curl them back together. Open and close your toes slowly to activate the small muscles in your feet.
Marching (Seated)
Sit on a chair with your feet on the vibration plate. Lift one knee up, then put it back down. Lift the other knee up and put it down. Keep alternating legs in a marching motion to boost circulation and blood flow.
Hamstring Sweeps
Stand facing the vibration plate. Keep your heel on the ground and place your toes against the edge of the plate. Lean forward gently until you feel a stretch in your calf. Hold this position, then switch to the other leg.

Mini Squat
